2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our swimwear, activewear, and outdoor clothing. However, slight variations in colour or fit may occur due to monitor settings or handmade production. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2.3 Product Restrictions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (all items final sale) or wetsuits (unless defective). Swimwear with removed hygiene liners or tags is non-returnable.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices but will honour the price at time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of expected delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate a return:

For size exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement immediately. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

You must provide accurate personal and payment information. Motion Style is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
